At Mindly Health, we understand that mental health support requires trust. We are committed to safeguarding your personal health information and respecting your privacy. We believe privacy policies shouldn't require a law degree to understand.

This guide explains the information involved in coordinating your care, how it may be used, and the questions you can ask about how it is handled.

What We Collect

Personal Details

Basic contact information needed to coordinate your care, such as your name, email, phone number, and location. The information requested depends on the booking or communication channel you choose.

Health Information

Information you share about your concerns, assessments, and treatment needs. Your clinician may also maintain consultation notes and treatment plans. Ask your care team who holds these records and how they are managed.

Communication Data (WhatsApp)

When you contact us on WhatsApp, the information involved may include your phone number, message content, attachments, and scheduling details—not only metadata. Information you send is available to the recipient. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information and ask your care team which channel to use for clinical documents.

Bookings currently link to Google Forms for new patients and Eka Care for existing patients. These services and WhatsApp have their own privacy terms. Please review the notice provided by each service before submitting personal information.

Clinical Coordination
To schedule sessions, manage appointments, and support continuity of care across your mental health journey.
Professional Matching
To help identify a clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, or counselor suited to your specific needs.
Service Improvement

Our commitment is not to sell your personal or health data. Care coordination may involve your clinician, authorized care staff, and the service providers used for booking and communication. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Protecting Your Records

Safeguards depend on the system holding your information. Contact us for information about access controls, storage, retention, or deletion of records held by Mindly Health. Records held by your clinician or a third-party booking provider are also subject to that provider’s policies and applicable requirements.
