1. Introduction & Scope
Mindly Health (“we”, “us”, or “the platform”) connects individuals across India with mental health professionals, including clinical psychologists, counseling psychologists, and psychiatrists. The platform supports digital access, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
Mindly Health acts as a technological and scheduling facilitator, rather than a direct clinical practitioner. Clinical care is provided by the participating professional.
Modifications to Terms
Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, technology, or applicable requirements. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
2. Professional Relationship
Facilitation Platform Role: Mindly Health is a technological, scheduling, and administrative platform. Clinical services are provided by the individual professional, not by the website itself.
- Direct Independent Relationship: Care is delivered through a relationship between the client and clinician. Clinicians retain professional autonomy within their scope of practice.
- Clinical Decisions & Diagnoses: Clinical opinions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and clinical notes are the responsibility of the treating professional.
- Credential Verification: We verify relevant qualifications and registrations for the professional role, including RCI registration for clinical psychologists and appropriate medical registration for psychiatrists. Not every type of mental health professional holds the same registration.
- No Endorsement: A listing does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome.
3. User Obligations & Conduct
Eligibility & Age
Independent booking is available to adults aged 18 and over. Care for minors requires an appropriate parental or legal-guardian consent process and confirmation of service suitability before booking.
Accurate Clinical History
Provide truthful, accurate, and current contact details, identification where requested, and relevant medical or behavioral history.
- Respectful Conduct: Harassment, abuse, intimidation, and inappropriate sexual behavior are not acceptable and may lead to suspension or termination of platform access.
- Unauthorized Recordings: Do not record, screenshot, or republish sessions without prior written agreement from all participants and any other required authorization.
- System Integrity: Do not bypass authorized payment processes, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform’s software or security.
4. WhatsApp Usage & Communications
WhatsApp is offered for administrative and scheduling coordination. It is not an emergency channel.
- Non-Clinical Channel: Scheduling messages are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric evaluation, or a formal clinical consultation.
- WhatsApp Policies: Use of WhatsApp is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Messages you send can be accessed by their recipients; do not assume a message is part of a confidential clinical record simply because it is sent through WhatsApp.
- Data Retention & Security: Do not send passwords, card CVVs, or one-time passwords. Ask the care team which channel to use for sensitive clinical documents. See our Privacy Policy for the current data-handling notice.
- Notification Preferences: Contact the care team to request changes to non-essential messages. Please contact us directly rather than relying on an automated “STOP” reply.
5. Emergency Disclaimer
MINDLY HEALTH IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE OR A SUICIDE PREVENTION HELPLINE.
Mindly Health’s booking and coordination channels do not provide emergency dispatch or real-time crisis response. Do not wait for a reply if you are in immediate danger.

- Disclaimer of Warranties: The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose, subject to applicable law.
- Limitation of Financial Damages: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mindly Health’s aggregate platform liability is limited to the platform fees actually received by Mindly Health in the preceding three months. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- Clinical Liability: Independent clinicians are responsible for the clinical care they provide. This distinction does not exclude any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights and applicable jurisdiction requirements, disputes are subject to the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
- Termination Rights: Access may be suspended or terminated for breaches or safety concerns. Any action remains subject to applicable law. Contact the care team about affected appointments or payments, and your clinician about continuity of care.
